1. How long before my order ships?
We strive to process all orders to be shipped within 2-3 days, assuming the items are in stock. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 days. In the event there may be a particular delay due to unforeseen circumstances we will reach out. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, all of our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, but we always recommend performing a patch test, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Our body butters, soaps, and oils are free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love everything you purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your items. We accept returns for unused, unopened products. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
5. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the present moment, but we will be offering electronic gift cards in the future! Be sure to stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for announcements when they become available.
6. What kind of Wax do you use?
We use a variety of waxes depending on the product, and the specific type will be listed on each individual product page. However, most of our products are made with soy wax blends and coconut wax blends for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn.
7. What is the best way to care for my candles?
To get the most out of your candles, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting it to avoid soot buildup. Always let the candle burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the top and never leave a candle burning unattended.
8. What kind of Wicks do you use?
We use a variety of wicks depending on the product. These include cotton wicks, wooden wicks, flat braid wicks, and threaded wicks. The specific type of wick used will be listed on each individual product page.
9. Do I really need to trim the wick?
Yes, trimming the wick is important to ensure your candle burns evenly and lasts longer. If you notice a carbon mushroom on top of the wick or the wick is unusually long, it should definitely be trimmed. We recommend trimming the wick to 1/4" before lighting your candle.
For candles with wooden wicks, trimming is essential before every use. Unlike cotton wicks, wooden wicks do not self-trim and need regular trimming to maintain a proper flame and prevent the candle from extinguishing due to charred wood buildup.

10. How do I use shower steamers?

11. Do you offer custom orders for T-shirts and bracelets?

12. Can I use your beard oils and balms with any beard type?
Absolutely! Our beard oils and balms are designed for all beard types, whether you have a short stubble or a long, thick beard. They help nourish, moisturize, and keep your beard soft and healthy. Simply apply the oil or balm daily after a shower for the best results.
13. Are your perfumes and colognes cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our perfumes and colognes are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and ensure all our fragrances are made with ethical practices.
14. Do you have any special promotions or discounts?

15. Can I purchase your products in stores?
Currently, all of our products are available exclusively online through our website. We’re working on expanding into retail locations, so stay tuned for updates.
16. What if I really don't like the fragrance I ordered? Can I return it?
Unfortunately, unless there is a product defect, we generally do not offer exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences. Everyone has a different sense of smell, and we hope you can understand our policy. To help you make the right choice, we include fragrance profiles and notes in each product description on our website.
