Returns & Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final, with exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@2khstyles.com and include:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
